How it Works

01

Reach out

Whether you’re ready to schedule or just have a few questions, the first step is simple. You can contact me directly or book your initial appointment at the link below—whatever feels right for you.

Your first visit will be a 60-minute comprehensive evaluation. You’ll complete all intake paperwork ahead of time so we can spend our time focusing on you.

02

Get to work

We will have a thorough evaluation via a secure video conferencing platform. Together, we will discuss your current symptoms, lifestyle, social factors, goals, personal history, and medical conditions. We will tailor treatment and medication recommendations to your individualized needs.

03

See change

After your evaluation, we recommend regular sessions, every 1-4 weeks, lasting approximately 30 minutes. This will allow us to delve further into understanding you, your goals, and your overall health. We will continue to update treatment goals based on your progress helping to get you to your best self!

Specializing in…

  • Anxiety isn’t just “nerves.” When worry, racing thoughts, or a constant sense of dread start interfering with sleep, work, and relationships, it’s a medical condition—and it’s treatable. Whether your anxiety appears as panic attacks, social fears, obsessive thinking, or a vague but relentless tension, we use evidence‑based therapies and, when appropriate, carefully selected medications to help you regain calm, clarity, and control.

  • Depression is more than feeling sad—it can drain your energy, cloud your thinking, and make even simple tasks feel impossible. If you find yourself stuck in a cycle of emptiness, hopelessness, or loss of interest in the things you once enjoyed, know that treatment works. Through personalized therapeutic approaches, thoughtful medication management, and compassionate support, we help you lift the fog of depression and reconnect with a meaningful, fulfilling life.

  • Obsessive‑Compulsive Disorder is about more than being “neat” or “particular.” It’s a cycle of intrusive thoughts and compulsive rituals that can consume hours of your day and fuel relentless anxiety. Using gold‑standard treatments like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, targeted medication, and practical coping strategies, we help you break that cycle—so you can reclaim your time, quiet your mind, and live with greater freedom and confidence.

  • Trauma can leave lasting marks—flashbacks, hypervigilance, nightmares, or a numb disconnection from daily life. Post‑Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is not a sign of weakness; it is your brain’s response to overwhelming events. With proven approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), trauma‑focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and thoughtfully integrated medication management, we help you process painful memories safely, reduce distress, and build resilience—so your past no longer dictates your present or your future.

  • Life changes—even positive ones—can sometimes overwhelm our ability to cope, leading to persistent sadness, anxiety, or behavioral changes. Adjustment Disorders arise when stress from events like a new job, divorce, relocation, or illness feels unmanageable. Through supportive counseling, skills‑based therapies, and, when appropriate, medication management, we help you navigate transitions, restore balance, and move forward with confidence.

  • Pregnancy and the months after birth are often portrayed as purely joyful, yet many parents experience depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or mood swings during this time. Perinatal and Postpartum Mental Health Concerns encompass conditions such as Perinatal Depression, Postpartum Depression (PPD), Perinatal Anxiety, and Postpartum Anxiety (PPA). With specialized, evidence‑based care—including hormonal‑informed medication management, psychotherapy tailored to new parents, and collaboration with obstetric providers—we support you in regaining emotional stability, strengthening the parent‑infant bond, and enjoying this new chapter with greater peace and confidence. We also offer hand‑selected and vetted referrals for all areas of necessary support, ensuring you have access to trusted professionals for any additional needs, from lactation consultants to family therapy.
